Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) is a natural and holistic approach to your hormonal health, a yoga practice created by Dinah Rodrigues, a Brazilian Yoga therapist and psychologist.
It consists of a special series of dynamic Yoga asanas to reactivate the hormone production of the endocrine glands, accompanied by intense pranayama (a breathing technique called Bhastrika which is a dynamic, strong abdominal breath massaging the abdominal organs), Tibetan energy technique (a mental technique to move and direct the energy, to activate endocrine glands and support the overall effect of exercise), concentration, visualization and relaxation (Yoga Nidra).
Regular practice harmonizes the hormonal system and helps to eliminate most symptoms of hormonal imbalances.

Exercises are simple and suitable for everyone.
No previous yoga experiences are needed.
The results come according to how often you do the practice.
Once you have learned and memorized the sequence/method, daily practice takes approximately 30 minutes.
